It references what they actually said
If someone named a service, a stylist or a detail, the reply mentions it. A draft that could be pasted under any review is a draft this will not write.

Every WhatsApp tool on the market ignores your reviews. Every reputation tool ignores WhatsApp, and charges like an enterprise product. The two are the same problem.
It varies the wording, deliberately
Thirty replies that open the same way read as a template to a customer and look like one to Google. Phrasing changes on purpose.
You approve before anything publishes
Drafts wait for you by default. Turn on auto-publish when you trust it, not before, and it still spreads replies out rather than posting thirty at once.
It checks the reply is still there
Google sometimes removes review replies without any notification at all. We re-read yours afterwards and tell you if one has disappeared. Nothing else we looked at does this.
Based on a community analysis of 12,752 rejected review replies posted to r/localseo in June 2026. Read 2026-09-18. We have not been able to confirm this against Google's own documentation, so treat it as a practitioner finding rather than stated policy.
One thing to be clear about
Google is not a place customers can message you. Google ended chat on Business Profiles on 31 July 2024, so nobody can offer that, whatever their marketing page still says. What is left is reviews, and reviews are what this does.
